About Us
MY Project USA is a national initiative dedicated to protecting and empowering youth and strengthening families through education, social services, civic engagement and advocacy. Our work addresses critical issues affecting young people and communities, including human trafficking, drugs, gangs, violence, exploitation and other barriers to safety and opportunity.
Based in Columbus, Ohio, MY Project USA has developed a comprehensive community-based model that combines prevention, youth leadership, family support, food access, healthcare, economic mobility, civic engagement and advocacy. As our model continues to grow, we are prepared to support communities across the country that want to adapt and replicate effective approaches to youth protection, empowerment and community resilience.
As Ohio’s largest Muslim social services organization, MY Project USA is rooted in the Muslim community while serving people of diverse faiths, races, ethnicities and backgrounds. Except for programs specifically designed for Muslim communities, our services and initiatives are inclusive and open according to each program’s eligibility.
