Wellness Parents

Parents for Wellness. Communities for Change.

Wellness Parents is a Muslim parent and caregiver initiative that brings parents and caregivers together to learn, connect, and strengthen the support system surrounding our youth and families.

As parents, we play an important role in supporting the emotional wellness, safety, and overall well-being of our children and young adults. Wellness Parents creates opportunities for parents to connect with one another, learn from trusted professionals and community organizations, share concerns and experiences, and take part in shaping solutions for Muslim families.

Through conversations, workshops, resources, community activities, and parent-led involvement, Wellness Parents works to build stronger connections between families, youth, mosques, professionals, and community organizations.

Our Goal

Healthier communities where wellness is valued, support is accessible, and families do not have to navigate challenges alone.Wellness Parents aims to create a supportive community where Muslim parents and caregivers can find information, build connections, recognize when support may be needed, and become more involved in conversations affecting the well-being of their children and families.
