MY Wellness Warriors
MY Wellness Warriors is a youth leadership and community wellness initiative presented through MY Leaders Lab, a program of MY Project USA. The program brings together Muslim high school students from across Franklin County who are passionate about serving their communities, supporting their peers, and creating positive change.
Through hands-on workshops, professional training, mentorship, service projects, and public-speaking opportunities, Wellness Warriors develop practical leadership skills while learning about mental health, emotional wellness, resilience, healthy relationships, substance-use prevention, suicide-prevention awareness, and reducing stigma within Muslim communities.
As members of the MY Wellness Warriors Youth Task Force, participants work alongside mental health professionals, community leaders, faith-based organizations, and other motivated young people. They help lead community outreach, promote wellness education, gather community perspectives, and plan the Mind & Wellness Summit, where youth, parents, professionals, mosque leaders, and community organizations come together to turn learning into action.
Wellness Warriors is more than a summer program. It is an opportunity for Muslim youth to find their voice, build meaningful friendships, give back to their communities, and become confident advocates for the well-being of others.

Take the Building Bridges Community Survey
Your voice can help shape a stronger Muslim community.
The Building Bridges Community Survey is an important opportunity for Muslim youth, parents, community members, and mosque leaders to share their experiences, concerns, and ideas.
Your response will help us better understand where our community is today, identify gaps in support, and guide future programs, trainings, and community-led solutions. Every response brings us one step closer to strengthening the connection between our youth, families, and mosques.
Please take the survey today—and share it with your family, friends, and community networks.

Attend the Mind & Wellness Summit
Join youth, parents, professionals, community leaders, and mosque representatives for the Mind & Wellness Summit—a community gathering focused on learning, listening, collaboration, and action.
Come hear community perspectives, explore solutions, and help shape the next steps for building a healthier and more connected Muslim community.
