MY Wellness Warriors

MY Wellness Warriors is a Muslim youth leadership and community wellness initiative of MY Leaders Lab. The program equips high school students with practical leadership skills, trusted wellness education, mentorship and opportunities to strengthen their families and communities.

Through workshops, professional training, service projects, public speaking and community engagement, Wellness Warriors learn how to lead conversations around well-being, healthy relationships, resilience, substance-use prevention and other issues affecting young people. Participants work alongside professionals, community leaders and faith-based organizations while developing projects that turn learning into action.

Wellness Warriors is more than a summer program. It is an opportunity for Muslim youth to find their voice, build meaningful friendships, give back to their communities, and become confident advocates for the well-being of others.

Take the Building Bridges Community Survey

Your voice can help shape a stronger Muslim community.

The Building Bridges Community Survey is an important opportunity for Muslim youth, parents, community members, and mosque leaders to share their experiences, concerns, and ideas.

Your response will help us better understand where our community is today, identify gaps in support, and guide future programs, trainings, and community-led solutions. Every response brings us one step closer to strengthening the connection between our youth, families, and mosques.

Please take the survey today—and share it with your family, friends, and community networks.
